  1. Jim…your’re right! It’s ALL above love…but not ours. The love which is the heart of God is a much, much, much higher love than what’s in our hearts. As we fellowship with Him, His supernatural (pure)Love fills our being and then…and only then can we become a SERVANT. The Age of Grace is nearing its end. It’s time we Christians get very serious about Christ-likeness and genuine love and servitude. Material goods were never the priority. God commands that we ‘visit’ (help) widows and orphans in their affliction.

Mt 20:27 And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant: t 25:21 His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

Joh 13:34 A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.

Joh 13:35 By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another

Joh 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.

Isa 40:3 The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God.

  2. Yes love has to be central in our faith. If we don’t have love we’ve got nothing. I wish faith was just about believing… it’s easy to believe a bunch of information about God. I like thinking through my beliefs.

Giving all our love to God and others is not so easy… I like being selfish.

God help change my faith to a faith that demonstrates God’s love.
